Enrolment Information
Nau mai, haramai ki te whānau o Te Pākārito! Tuatahi mai kia mōhio mai kōtou he whare reo Māori a Te Pākārito. Me matua mōhio te tamaiti, te whānau hoki ki Te Reo. Please be aware that Te Pākārito is a strictly 100% Te Reo Māori services therefore it is expected that tamariki enrolling can speak and understand Te Reo Māori and there is a pou reo in the home environment, this is crucial in maintaining the Te Reo Māori sanctuary we have created for our whānau and tamariki.
Operating Hours
We operate on a full-time basis with no part-time hours available. Our standard full-time schedule is 30 hours per week, running Monday to Friday from a minimum of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Our doors are open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM to accommodate a range of needs. We remain open during school holidays, ensuring consistent service. Please note, we are closed on statutory holidays.
Fees and Subsidies
We strive to make quality Te Reo Māori education accessible. Our maximum fee for parents is $100 for children 3 and over, and $140 for under 3s. This includes the 20 ECE hours provided by the Ministry of Education. Be sure to check out Familyboost IRD and WINZ childcare subsidy for financial support.
